It's about time....
All of Garrett friends have been losing teeth, but Garrett seemed to be holding on tight to every single one of his. He was starting to get a little bummed that the Tooth Fairy wasn't paying him a visit. Then last week, he came home from school with a tooth box and complaining that it hurt to eat. Sure enough, his front tooth was loose. But he didn't want Keith or I to touch it. Frankly neither one of us want to pull it out. We're squirmish kind of people. Fortunately Garrett's best buddy's father, our neighbor, is a dentist. Friday, Garrett went over to play and eat dinner with Syler and came home with his tooth in a bag. Broath, Dr. Yen, numbed Garrett up and pulled it over the dinner table. Garrett has friends with sweet hook ups, like tooth pulling.
Garrett looks so sweet missing his front tooth. I'm hoping he looses another before we take Christmas pictures. There are very few times in one's life with missing front teeth is adorable.
Alina's first six weeks.
I still can't decided who she looks like, Kendall or Taryn . She's a cutie!
The other kids are still adjusting to all the attention that Alina requires. The other morning while I was sleeping, Keith woke up to all three of the older kids on the sofa quietly watching TV. Garrett had made everyone a sippy, got them a blanket and turned on the toons. If only every morning were that way.

For 31 years.....
For the past 7 years, I don't get a good night's sleep unless one particular man is there with me.
For 31 years, I took care of most of my household maintenance needs by myself.
For the past 7 years, I doubt my ability to hang a picture right or maybe it's co-dependence because I just don't want to take care of things by myself.
For 31 years, the man I looked to for advise was by father.
For the past 7 years, I find it hard to make any decisions without running them past one particular man.
For 31 years, I longed to have children that were my own around me.
For the past 7 years, children seem to be multiplying like flies around this house. And love every moment of it.
For 31 years, my weekend nights were either spent on a date with some random guy trying to figure out if he was "the one", or as the third wheel on my sister's and their husband's dates.
For the past 7 years, my weekend nights are either Costco pizza with a cart full of kids, walking around dreaming of thing I want in my house, or on the most romantic nights on the town with one particular man. (It is so nice to not have to make small talk anymore over dinner on a date. It's also nice not to have to eat like a mouse.
For 31 years, I saw many wonderful sights in this beautiful world, but always wished there was some one there with me to remember the experience.
For the past 7 years, one particular man has taken me to so many wonderful and beautiful places and I'll remember every moment.
For 31 years, everything I owned could fit in the back of a truck.
For the past 7 years, I have somehow filled this 3000 square foot home with crap and one particular man endures it with patience.
For 31 years, I wondered what eternal unconditional love felt like?
For the past 7 years, one particular man has made me feel that love with every breath I take.
I love you, Keith! Happy Anniversary!

Rainy Trick or Treating
Halloween Eve
This year Kendall wanted to wear a blue princess dress from Walmart, however the dress was a little too big. But no fear, Grandma Hatch was here helping with the baby and altered the dress. So I thought we were in good shape, until the night of the church Halloween Carnival and Kendall refused to put on the dress. She found this costume in the dress up box while Garrett was getting his out, and decided Minnie Mouse is what she'd like to be.
Alina made a sweet little bunny.
I did her hair and told her to go get her pink princess dress. When she came back she had gotten into the dress up box, found a pink shirt, and called it good. When I went to change her into her really costume that Grandma and I had fixed to fit her, she lost it!
