It's a BOY!

Keith and I were convinced that it was a girl. Taryn on the other hand, was always sure that "the baby in your belly is a boy baby for Garrett!"

So you can understand why I was so caught off guard when less than two minutes into our ultrasound today the tech. casually says, "What a cute little boy!"
It took me a minute to process then I exclaimed, "Excuse me?"
"It's a little baby boy."
"Are you sure?"
"Been doing this for over 30 years, and that's a boy part."

I still asked her like two more times if she was sure it was a boy, and then I asked the Dr. that came into looks at the ultrasound if he was sure. He laughed at me, and said he was sure it was a boy.

I'm SO excited to Garrett to have brother. He says he doesn't mind having all sister and he likes being special because he's the only boy how gets to go do boy things with Dad. But a few days ago we were snuggling on the sofa talking about the baby when Garrett said, "I'd like to have a little brother."

Now the battle over picking a name begins!
