Hard to catch a tadpole

We started the morning off hitting Tuesday Mornings looking for stepping stones for the flower garden, but found no stones only butterfly nets. We decided to go to Signal Hill to look for butterflies and tadpoles in the stream.

We looked and looked for tadpoles but the little suckers were too fast for us and there were very few to catch. We chased and chased butterflies but once again those flying fairies were too fast for us. Hot, exhausted and hungry we decided to get some Subway and visit the Dorseys.

Under the nice big shade trees at the Dorsey's house we found tadpoles in their pond. Golden!! Noami helped the kids catch'em and Rachel showed me their new apple tree. Prefect!

Now if we can only keep those little sperm like creators alive till they turn into tree frogs.
